A former employee in the St. Louis County municipality of Flordell Hills was sentenced Tuesday for stealing several hundred thousand dollars over a six-year period, well over the city’s annual budget.
Many voters around the state saw an extra question on their ballots, asking if they wanted to add a 3% tax to marijuana and other items sold by dispensaries to recreational users. In all but a handful of cases, the measure passed handily.
