it is a boat ramp and parking lot to the north of where the search is taking place and where for the past three days the navy has prepositioned a lot of the equipment, and a lot of the personnel. it is where we saw a number of boats being brought in this morning and heavy equipment and oxygen tanks. an fbi agent told us earlier that they were securing the event in the event that they might have to bring some of the debris out here, and in the last few minutes, we saw flood lights and a forklift and storage containers. in the main debris site off of the coast of south carolina which is a half hour s drive here, the crews have been using the equipment to essentially scan the bottom of the ocean there to get a sense of how much of this debris is still left there. once they get that done, then they will start the work of lifting the debris out to ship, and most likely bring it out here or to virginia.
eagle pass, texas. it came into fox overnight. and you can watch the long lines of people crossing illegally into the country through those forest areas and in frigid temperatures now. this is one of several mass crossings overnight. other big groups follow, one behind the other, trying to get in. our national guard troops are trying to keep up with the influx. in this video you can see them forming a line of humvees in el paso. they are preparing for thousands of people to storm the border literally unmasked because the weather is about to make them more desperate than they apparently already are. the state of texas meanwhile is creating some sort of makeshift wall. they are using containers to do that out of popular crossing areas in eagle pass. i have been down there. normally there isn t anything there, they just keep walking. they are trying to stop that. they are putting razor wire in front of those containers and flood lights behind them to try to see people as they tried to
take a look at the fox news drone. texas authorities have been bringing in more shipping containers to make a makeshift border wall in this area. this is one of the unpopular crossing areas because of how shallow the river is. they ve been shoring up the shipping containers and putting down razor wire and flood lights. in eagle pass, thermal drone video our team shot as you mentioned it, the groups keep coming through. this is a group of 200 this morning. lastly we ll show you a fentanyl bust in the big bend sector. texas troopers arrested three illegals from honduras carrying fentanyl. they were all arrested. back out here live, you mentioned fentanyl off the top. the state of texas says since they launched operation lone star, they have seized 354 million lethal doses of fentanyl, enough to kill everybody in the united states.
