in response? has he agreed with you? has he shown some willingness to denounce this? what is his position? i wrote a letter to governor perry as did i to the chairman of the texas motor vehicle board. i come flimtd chairman. he voted against it. it was a 4-4 tie. for many who would say why now, many of us thought the issue was dead. we then determined that because of a new appointee by the governor, that this decision would be made in the next three weeks. we re not politicizing this. it happens to be very important to us because a decision is pending. my point to the governor is, we will accept the posture he takes. i ask for it to be denounced. we want it to be stopped. and i think it is an appropriate moment in history for the governor to recognize going forward is where america needs to go and going forward is where texas needs to go. he has done neither. he has not said i would encourage you to not move forward on this at this time.
