The japanese Prime Minister, shinzo abe, is making a historic visit to hawaii, 75 years after the japanese attack on pearl harbor that brought the United States into the second world war. The visit began with mr abe paying tribute to American Military personnel buried at the National Memorial cemetery of the pacific.
