Hong Kong’s relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions and lifting of flight bans have been welcomed, but questions remain on mainland links and measures to defeat the pandemic.
Travel restrictions will be eased starting April 1, while in-person classes are set to resume from April 19 and social-distancing curbs relaxed in three phases from April 21.
Most of the new hotels were only taking bookings starting in May or June, while Cathay will only be operating a limited number from certain countries once bans are lifted next month.
