not going up for a majority of americans. what is this all about. reporter: we are counting 20 taxes in health reform. the controversy is, jenna, president obama said these new healthcare reform classes would not hit the middle class. now we are finding that some of them might hit the middle class. here is president obama in 2010 when the law was signed and how the health reform act would protect the middle class. millions of people will get tax breaks to help them afford coverage, which represents the largest middle class tax cut for healthcare in history.
