QUEEN ‘HAD PIC OF PHILIP IN HER POCKET’ DURING FUNERAL
The Queen carried one of Prince Philip’s trademark handkerchiefs and a photo of them together in Malta in her handbag for his funeral, a royal insider has claimed.
Her Majesty, 94, kept both items in her handbag – an accessory she often uses to hold precious objects.
Both items hold sentimental value for the Queen and her marriage of more than seven decades to Prince Philip.
The white, folded square, inserted into the breast pocket of a sharply cut suit, was a strong feature of the Duke’s classic style.
And the couple kept Malta close to their hearts, the MailOnline reports.

WINDSOR, England (AP) Sitting by herself at the funeral of Prince Philip on Saturday, Queen Elizabeth cut a regal, but solitary figure: still the monarch, but now alone.
The queen sat apart from family members at the simple but somber ceremony at Windsor Castle, in accordance with strict social distancing rules during the coronavirus pandemic. But if the ceremony had been for anyone else, at her side would have been her husband of 73 years, who gave a lifetime of service to the crown.
