Brimfield Flea Market’s promoters association, field operators say proposed bylaws will be ‘detrimental’ to businesses

Those involved in the Brimfield Flea Market and the town’s Board of Selectmen have been clashing over proposed bylaw changes for months, which include specific fines ranging from $25 to $200 and possibly causing field operators to lose their license.
“Can you throw any more bull at a bunch of small business owners after the year that we’ve had?” Cara Marcoux, owner of Juniper Vintage, previously told MassLive. “Maybe wait a little bit longer. Maybe don’t try to push anything through without input because we need someone to throw us a bone.”
