NORWALK A 55-year-old Norwalk man is accused of punching and kicking a person in the face, according to police.
Sgt. Sofia Gulino said police first learned of the alleged incident on Nov. 18 when they responded to reports of a “suspicious vehicle” near Ben Franklin School on Flax Hill Road.
At the scene, police found Timothy Sullivan, 55, and a second individual who had “a significant amount of bruising on both sides of the face,” Gulino said.
“The investigation led the investigators to find probable cause that Sullivan was responsible for kicking and punching the victim in the face earlier in the week,” Gulino said.
