A man described simply as acting “nefarious” sparked a call to the Columbia Falls Police Department. Employees of a local car wash reported the man after surveillance cameras captured him wandering around the property.
The $50,000 donation will cover the adoption fees for all the dogs and cats at the shelter, meaning the adopters will only have to pay the animal registration fee.
