The hearing was pushed to monday because palmers attorney unexpected ely stepped down this afternoon Andrew Brockway said he is just a small town lawyer with minimal staff and he has been overwhelmed by the case and all the attention its generated. Palmer will have a new attorney out of albany for his next Court Appearance on monday. In his statement to investigators, palmer admitted giving the convicted killers richard matt and david sweat a pair of needle nose pliers and flat head screwdriver and access to the catwalk behind their cells so they could alter the electrical boxes apparently to cook food inside their cells. What happened this morning is that the interior minister said that anybody who urges the chauffeurs and drivers of these uber pop vehicles to drive could be haul need court themselves for inciting people to break the law.
