A nearly naked man and his female passenger were arrested Wednesday after the driver fled the scene of a crash and trespassed on school property, authorities announced Thursday.
When Flagler County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested the driver, he was almost entirely naked, excepting socks and a small covering around his waist.
