Finland has handed over a new military aid package worth 100 million euros ($109 million) to Ukraine, the country's Defense Ministry announced on Nov. 17.
Finland is developing a national plan for Ukraine's reconstruction and will soon publish the first part of this plan, Finnish Foreign Trade and Development Minister Ville Tavio said in an interview with Ukrinform on Nov. 12.
