water they have inside? is it almost i hate to say this a guessing game? i think to some extent it may be. we don t know what the status of the instrumentation of these plants are. i had heard indications that at least one of the plants has a faulty water level indicator, or it s possible that the water is actually very low and people don t want to believe it. what is fairly clear, from the release of hydrogen and the fishing products, is that all of these reactors have probably had fuel rods exposed for significant periods of time over a portion of their length. and also, kenneth, when we hear about the possibility of partial meltdown, already occurring, is that an educated guess? well, i m not sure if i d use the words partial meltdown because it confuses it with meltdown . what would you use?
