There were plenty of drivers thinking of those not-so-good old days when an oil crisis resulted in long lines at gas stations that often didn’t’ have any fuel while those too young to recall were building new memories to tire their own grandkids with somewhere down the road.
A ransomware cyberattack left America’s largest pipeline – the 5,500 mile Colonial line that shipped 2.5 million barrels of oil a day from Texas to New York, supplying much of the South’s supply, shut down, and at least one local petroleum dealer says we’ll probably be seeing lines for a few more days.
