He mentioned that Daniel Patrick moynihan when he wrote the moynihan report, his intentions really were to address the myriad of discrepancies and the divides between black america and White America and he was someone who is very much obsessed with the idea of families. He has looked at families among Irish Catholic communities and employed that approach to africanamerican communities. The report was not authored in father malevolent policy or malevolent investment in africanamerican communities.
