A tiny, wealthy Litchfield County town, known to many as the place Marilyn Monroe once got married, has vaccinated almost all of its 75-and-older population by far the highest rate in Connecticut, according to state data.
Roxbury is the only town in the state that has vaccinated over 90 percent of its oldest residents, according to the data but since the state calculates the percentage of residents according to 2010 Census figures, its estimate that 99.3 percent of those residents have been vaccinated could be inflated.
