SUDBURY Congregation B’nai Torah, 225 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, announced the following:
Open House and Shabbat on the Beach: 6:30 p.m. Aug. 6 and 30. B’nai Torah invites the community to our prospective member Open House and Shabbat on the Beach service, at the Wayland Town Beach, 25 Parkland Drive, Wayland. The Open Houses will begin at 6 p.m., followed by Shabbat on the Beach services at 6:30 pm. Bring your beach chairs (or blanket) and a picnic dinner, and enjoy the sunset while we share the beauty of Shabbat together. In case of inclement weather, services will be held via Zoom. Enchanted Animal Party and Open House: 4 to 5 p.m. July 29. Come meet the baby animals at our Enchanted Animal Party Petting Zoo! Kids will get to spend time with cuddly animals including a goat, chickens, a duck, a guinea pig and a rabbit! Meet our warm and engaging clergy and members of the congregation and learn more about B’nai Torah. There is no cost, but advance registration is required by emailing membership@bnaitorah.com.

Out of Tune? Neurobiology to the Rescue: 10 a.m. July 25. Gail Hardenbergh will share her thoughts about, “Out of Tune? Neurobiology to the Rescue!” She’ll explore ways we can help ourselves during highly stressful periods in our lives. Gail is a local psychotherapist and longtime First Parish member.
