MARYLAND – With the New Year right around the corner, some beloved Delmarva traditions have been canceled all together because of the pandemic. However, many towns and cities are doing everything they can to continue their unique traditions.
The town of Princess Anne is hosting a virtual “Muskrat Drop” this year, which will be streamed live on the Main Street Princess Anne Facebook page.
“2020 has been a super weird year, a super challenging year for all of us. We still wanted to be able to do this,” says Carrie Samis, the manager of Princess Anne Main Street. “Now no matter where you are, in the world really, you can tune in if you’d like to and see a muskrat drop. Because, why not?”
