“Owing to the disparity in the standard of living across all the states of the federation, it will be unreasonable, unfair, unjust and inimical to wellbeing to set a standard minimum wage for all workers in both the public and private sector in Nigeria”.
In the penultimate edition, I discussed the incidence of the National Minimum Wage which a Bill before the National Assembly proposes to include in the concurrent legislative list.
