That would mean that by tomorrow two weeks ago the republican leader went to the floor and said it was 250 for the program and that is it, we are not making any other additions. We objected, the Democratic Senators objected. They made a counterproposal which was resound late rejected by the republicans. Refused tok, there negotiate until last thursday. Then they realized they had no chance to do the 250. There was so much more urgency. In the bill we have pushed the 250, that was what we helped put together.
