committee itself. it is a rehashing of a bunch of first amendment protective activity, describing things the president said and did, drawing conclusions and pushing forward with a legal claim against legal counts against donald trump, saying that he violated a criminal law because he questioned the outcome of an election. because he questioned different things a lot of americans also have questions about. we also be in a situation now where political speech is being criminally prosecuted, at the highest levels against the primary little opponent of the sitting president of the united states, if that doesn t shock you, i don t know what will. how is the trial going to work? they re going to have to have trump prove or disprove election fraud, and in the federal government they will have to sit election was clean. is this what we will do it trial? one of the elements of

individualized particularized vetting. which is what all national security experts say. look at threats, not groups of people. so that s what we d like to see. look at threats, not groups of people, what vetting would you need to see in place? if they re asking a series of questions at the airport, what will those series of questions need to be? i think you wouldn t to want necessarily get into first amendment protective activity, but i think national security experts know how to do that type of vetting. what we had in our case were affidavits from high level experts, both democratic and republicans saying, vetting can be done in a way to make sure that refugees can come to this country. and so, i think the national security experts know how to do it. i don t know that there s particular questions that have to be asked or not asked, but i think that there are ways to do proper vetting. we ve always done that for refugees and we can t turn our back on refugees now. thank you very
