In Cuyahoga County alone, there were 4,996 kits from 40 police departments. We had something happen in the last several weeks that we found the one we were looking for. That was the last one of the rape kits. I am announcing today that we have completed the analysis of all the old rape kits that were in Cuyahoga County. Her daughters bath when we were there it wasnt terrible. Monday she sent this picture. A mugful of dark tap water. And test results came back monday.
