We heard a little bit about it. We are privileged to be partly a think tank and partly a Legal Advocacy Group and partly a Communications Hub devoted not to do precise specifics of Justice Brennan and his jurisprudence, but taking we hope is ethos that the law above all else must respect Human Dignity and that the constitution above all else must be understood as a charter for each generation. We are able to take this charge. We have 20 years from now here at the law school. We are in the fight on Voting Rights come on money and politics, on the drive to in mass incarceration, and so many more things. This book, this part of the battle of ideas reflects back. Approved beneficiaries of their family members were not able to actually take advantage of it and come to the United States because of the numerical limits on family based immigration every year. Continued to deteriorate. As we have had requests from other stake holders to take another look at that, my leadership would agree to take another look at the program. They have agreed to consider it. You have a request and im sure you should consider it. That is a problematic to do business. Were increasing number of refugees for syria and i think that is the appropriate way to openly and directly deal with this. When you were working to establish the exchange that there was the template your website had issues and im assuming all thats been resolved and the people that went into medicaid temporarily cms approved are now out of that . All of those temporary medicaid members have been redetermined into either requalified health plans or medicaid. Great. And ms. Ashton carter to fill a critically important cabinet position, that of secretary of defense. I think we all know that dr. Carter is a dedicate, a distinguished public servant. Hes actually been confirmed twice unanimously to two senior positions in the pentagon. Hes a fourtime recipient of the department of Defense Distinguished Service medal. Hes been awarded the Defense Intelligence medal. I have no doubt that the vote on dr. Carter will be overwhelmingly favorable. That the Defense Department faces important timely, and difficult decisions in the coming months and years they have to learn how best to balance renew our fiscal constraints with not only existing but emerging international challenges.
