Three years old. They called him sumo as a nickname because he was a big child with a big smile. He was found in this swing may 22nd. Police arrived in the morning. Through their investigation they determined his mother Romechia Simms had brought him here more than 40 hours before then. They also believe the boy died sometime while she was pushing him in the swing. She kept pushing him for another ten hours or so.
