The family of the mother and nurse seriously wounded in a shooting outside her Firgrove home have expressed their collective gratitude for her survival of the near-fatal incident, which has sent shock waves through the community.
Macassar police are investigating a case of attempted murder after a local nurse was seriously wounded in a shooting incident in Firgrove on Saturday morning (12 August).
While it is believed that the victim was targeted in a suspected carjacking, authorities have pointed out the motive for the attack at this stage is still under investigation.
