EDWARDSVILLE – Beth Gori sold late husband Randy Gori’s home for $3 million in December and his real estate companies sold about 60 parcels for $15.4 million.
Randy Gori, who led an asbestos litigation firm in Edwardsville, died of knife wounds at his home in January 2020.
Mooney Bay Limited Liability Company bought the home property, at 4586 Mooney Creek Lane near Edwardsville, on Dec. 16.
Lawyer Katherine Opel of Glen Carbon organized Mooney Bay on Nov. 19, as manager and agent.
Mooney Bay also bought a residential property at 4616 Mooney Creek Lane from Gori Properties for $400,000.
Opel participated in six other real estate transactions with Gori entities.
