The world-renowned Giant Lantern Festival (GLF) will feature ten barangays from the City of San Fernando, Philippines with their respective master lantern makers, electricians and rotor craftsmen. Last year, Barangay San Juan won the championship and brought home the grand cash prize. This year's festival promises more colors, lights and music.
