Sutton Firefighters receive COVID-19 vaccine

SUTTON Some members of the Sutton Fire Department received vaccinations for COVID-19 during clinics at Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton Tuesday, Jan. 12, and Saturday, Jan. 16.
As thousands of first responders across the state begin receiving the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine this week, Millbury and Sutton first responders are among those voluntarily receiving a shot in the arm.
There are 60 sites across the state where the shots will be administered.
Sutton Fire Chief Matthew R. Belsito said getting vaccinated is “up to the individual.
