california at the time when al of this was going down there are a number of people who said, this was a fai sentence like, there was a pre sentence report from the probatio department, this was saddene one who had no prior crimina record and a six month sentenc was within that range. like, here are a couple of legal experts in california at the time talking about this, and talking about his sentence do you want the jets just say, i am living in kionte s and so i know what people here think, so i i m going to d what they want do you want the judge to follo the law? he was fairness ruling fo the trial. we look to whether we coul appeal the sentence, but w realized quickly that th sentence was illegal the judge had the discretion t sentence that way. what do you make of that? i mean, this was someone who hadn t been a prior offender and there is a lot to say abou what happened here, but some people felt that this wasn t enough then there are some that was saying was exactly right
