You will need to be able to work on your own and be accurate in handling and processing information.
Good communication skills and a respect for confidentiality are also very important.
Ideally you will have had some previous relevant experience of this nature or in a similar office role.
The job can be organised as:
Full time â in which case it would include other administration tasks within our office â or Part Time â the key days(or part days) being Mondays and Tuesdays)

Two Syrian refugee families who touched down in Timaru in June were greeted at the airport by more than 30 people.
Timaru is expected to welcome another refugee family within the next few months as the Government resumes its refugee quota programme. Presbyterian Support South Canterbury (PSSC) refugee settlement manager Fiona Jackson said she did not yet know exactly when more refugees would be coming to Timaru – but was “excited” by Immigration New Zealand’s announcement that in the coming days, displaced families would again be arriving in the country for a fresh start. “We’re ready, capable, and looking forward to welcoming more families into our wonderful community,” Jackson said.

The owner of the Michelin-starred Peat Inn in Fife has backed calls for the appointment of a hospitality minister at Westminster as the sector faces widespread closures and job losses as a result of Covid-19 restrictions.
More than 200,000 people signed a petition calling for the post to be introduced and the issue was debated in Parliament on Monday.
Geoffrey Smeddle, who runs the Peat Inn with his wife Katherine, said: “We do believe it was right for there to be a debate on whether there should be a hospitality minister.
