Project for the safety of road users KUWAIT CITY, Feb 13: The Public Authority for Roads and Transportation (PART) announced 89 percent of the project to design, construct, and maintain pedestrian bridges and a bus stop in various areas has been completed. PART sources said the work is progressing at a fast pace and that delivery will be on time to achieve the desired goals of the project, which aims to provide pedestrians bridges for the safety of road users. Bridge work in progress The sources clarified the 11 sites where bridges will be constructed will link Al-Nasr Club and Ishbiliya and Farwaniya with Khaitan in 4 locations on Road 55, as well as between Al-Ardhiya and Salam and Al- Makhial mosque and Al-Farwaniya Hospital, in addition to a pedestrian bridge over Airport Road 50 between Khaitan and Zahra, as well as between Hitteen and Salam, and between Waha and Jahra.
