Iper La grande i, a large scale Italian retailer, has selected Diebold Nixdorf, a commerce technology company, to upgrade the front and back-end of its hypermarkets and restaurants. The goal is to improve consumer experiences and in-store efficiency while migrating to new technological standards, according to a press release.
Diebold Nixdorf s Storevolution Advisory Services helped Iper La grande i rethink the ideal layout for stores, taking into consideration customer flow and touchpoints for improved experiences. The retailer will use the latest technology, including self-checkout and convertible checkout systems equipped with DN Vynamic software and payment solutions, for the upgrade of hypermarkets and restaurants.
