Bluffton Boy Scout Troop #256 worked with Bluffton Police Chief Ryan Burkholder to learn about the history of finger printing, different methods for fingerprint identification, plus ways to lift prints off of objects. Scouts used two methods to take their own finger prints and earned the Fingerprinting Merit Badge.
