Scott Fines, Dealer-Owner of Fines Home Hardware Building Centres in Cornwall and Ingleside, has received the NHPA’s 2023 Young Retailer of the Year Award. The award recognizes individual achievements by independent home improvement and paint retailers aged 35 and younger throughout the U.S. and Canada.
