Faster than many say they expected, Department of Justice officials have already started their civil patterns and practices investigation. Fourth St. Sunday afternoon for The People’s Empowerment Brunch to honor Breonna Taylor. Speakers, activists and social justice advocates gathered to reflect on Taylor’s life and legacy sat at white-clothed tabletops, enjoyed a meal, music and celebration before the day’s speakers took their seats for two panel sessions and a keynote speech on social justice.
