when you have trump endorsed candidates like dark mastery of, kerry lake, herschel walker, skating through their primary, and beating through, in the case of arizona, wisconsin, or pennsylvania, the more establishment picks, that in the short term, donald trump s grip remains heavily donald trump still has a heavy grip within the republican party. really, it is about beating the sorts of candidates, to send a message to republican beat leaders, that they sort of republican candidate may, very well, do well in a republican primary, but, that they will struggle in the general election, and in terms of what should be thought about about who should get support in the primary. david, let me give you the last word. look, i stayed, and i thought for, what i thought, was going to be the war to save the soul of the republican party. i think that war was lost. this is the end of the road for liz cheney. she gets extra points for
