looking at a judge as a defendant especially in a case like this is so turned off by the allegations themselves. i think they hold judges to a higher standard. a lot of people say i didn t know the law i wasn t really sure. this guy is a judge, how do you not know the law? i think going into this. although he s presumed innocent and there is no burden on him, i think this is a problem. jenna: he says it was legal. he says it s a finder s fee. basically what happened is the kids would come to court for something that that he did and the police were called, then they were sent to a juvenile detention center and he got a kick back from the detention center. and i was in the juvenile court for a short period of time. they bring these kids in, and then, you know, you decide whether or not you re going to send them to juvie center. he says i don t like the county juvenile detention center. he gets his friend and a codefendant judge to say, we need a new juvenile detention center. they buil
