Nurse celebrated for revolutionising support for teen cancer patients

Nurse consultant Sue Morgan at the virtual event Source:  Teenage Cancer Trust Pioneering nurse consultant Sue Morgan has been honoured with a virtual royal visit as part of an event celebrating 30 years of the Teenage Cancer Trust. The charity pioneered teenage and young adult cancer care, creating a network of 28 specialist units and funding more than 100 dedicated nurse and youth support coordinator posts. “Together, we have carried on growing it and turning it to the beast that it is now” Sue Morgan At the event, princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, along with their mother Sarah, Duchess of York, thanked some of those credited with helping revolutionise cancer care for teenagers and young people.
