Finastra and Hubx, two UK fintechs, have partnered to create a new syndicated loan tool that the companies claim completely digitises the bookrunning process, as the loan market makes its slow trudge away from manual processes.
The new tool combines Hubx’s front office platform Hubx Arranger, with Finastra’s back office Fusion Loan IQ software, as the companies look to “safely kick start [lenders’] digital transformation”, according to Robert Downs, global head of corporate and syndicated lending at Finastra.The companies say their dual offering will
