Of education about the rape and the students involved. The rape happened during school hours. Two boys who were students have been charged 18yearold Henry Sanchez and 17yearold jose montano. Sanchez had an immigration case pending since august. They apparently have video of the girl being dragged into the boys bathroom. Where was the security .
