　　我的故乡在湖北咸宁长寿村，这里翠竹掩映、群山环抱。进村不远，我筹建的“记山大屋”美术馆便坐落山间。自2010年开馆至今，已有11年之久。可以说，我把后半生大部分精力都倾注到了这座乡村美术馆的建设与运行之中。　　刚开始，总有人问我：老乡们有欣赏艺术的需求吗？即使美术馆建起了，能利用好吗？万一沦为“摆设”怎么办？说实话，这些问题我也考虑过、担心过。但是，通过不断的走访、调查，和老乡们深入交流，我发现建一座美术馆，用高雅艺术反哺农村建设，将是一件既利当下、又计长远的大事。　　这里和全国很多农村一样，年轻人纷纷外出打工，儿童、老人孤独留守，很多老房子、老建筑都被拆掉了，少有传统村落的痕迹。每逢过年，年轻人回乡后就去城区的KTV、游戏机室消遣，因为村里没有什么文化供给。前�
