Representative Mujiv Hataman(File photo) MANILA -House Deputy Minority Leader Representative Mujiv Hataman has filed a bill seeking to mandate the inclusion of Arabic language or Islamic values education in the Philippine basic education system to make it more responsive and inclusive to the diversity of learning needs of Filipino students. Hataman introduced House Bill (HB) No. 7117 mandating to establish Muslim prayer rooms in government buildings, hospitals and military camps, including privately owned establishments such as malls, factories and hospitals.
