Based on the preliminary report released Monday night, the BOC has collected PHP65.801 billion from Jan. 1 to 27 alone. The initial collection for the year was higher by 11.9 percent or PHP6.98 billion. The BOC said this month's target revenue collection is PHP58.822 billion.
