《每日经济新闻》记者注意到，今日发布的意见稿从居住空间保障目标、优化结构布局、提高开发强度、扩大租赁住房用地供给等14条具体措施来解决深圳住房问题。其中包括年度居住用地供应量原则上不低于建设用地供应总量的30%；在租赁住房和公共住房方面，将在年度建设用地供应计划中单列租赁住房用地等。中国城市经济专家委员会副主任宋丁分析认为，意见稿释放出一个强烈信号，要求最大限度争取从各种的用地、最大限度的腾挪空间为住宅用地补充，来调整过去长期经济类用地和居住类用地的失衡状态。居住用地占比不低于30% 相较与居住用地，此前深圳用地结构更侧重商服用地。本次意见稿中明确提出，将调整用地结构，提高居住用地比例，特别是适当提高都市核心区及各综合性服务中心地区居住用地比例。在保障产业空间量质齐
