The Fiji-US Business Council has welcomed the release of the US Export Service Providers Directory which is meant to connect Pacific exporters with expert consulting companies in the United States.
The United States hargé d’affaires (CDA) to Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Tonga, and Tuvalu Tony Greubel released the directory yesterday, adding that they intended the directory to be a first step for Fijian and other Pacific companies when they were ready to expand their US presence.

SUVA – Today, the United States Chargé d’Affaires (CDA) to Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Tonga, and Tuvalu Tony Greubel released the U.S.-Based Export Services Providers Directory to connect Pacific exporters with expert consulting companies in the United States.
The directory provides a list of U.S. companies with expertise in business-to-business matchmaking, distribution, marketing, and biosecurity compliance who are eager to work in Fiji and other Pacific markets. The directory is follow-up from the March 2021 Direct Line virtual conference “Growing the Fiji Brand: U.S. Services Needed” that attracted dozens of companies from across the United States eager to help Pacific exporters thrive.

SUVA – The United States Ambassador to Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Tonga, and Tuvalu Joseph Cella convened more than fifty representatives from Fiji’s private sector, including business leaders, business associations, and civil society, for a Fiji Forward Business and Economic Roundtable entitled “Building Bridges Between Civil Society, Business, and Government.”
Three speakers from Ambassador Cella’s home state of Michigan who have been engaged in different capacities throughout their careers in civil society, business, and government, and presently work as professional government relations advisors, shared anecdotes and best practices about how businesses, civil society, and government can work together.
