　　近日，武义县白洋街道后陈村村监委主任陈跃富收到两条手机提醒消息：第一条来自村老年食堂，是“常规动作”，核对老人数量后点击审核、电子签名即可；第二条则属于“场外监督”，由村委委员提交，主要看村干部是不是老派工给自己的亲戚朋友。陈跃富很快处理完毕。　　村、社区、企业、学校等“细胞”的平安是平安浙江的根基，也是浙江历届省委、省政府关心的重点。2004年6月，后陈村探索成立村务监督委员会，通过村民监督力促村务工作更民主、更公开、更透明。2005年6月，习近平同志专程到后陈村调研，并先后8次对“后陈经验”作出指示。2010年，这一创新举措被写进《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》。　　2020年，浙江全面推行村党组织书记、村委会主任、村经济合作社负责人“一肩挑”。当选为后陈村新一任村监委
