The veteran area chef Kim Klopstock, who runs Lily and the Rose catering from her former Fifty South restaurant in Ballston Spa, has introduced
Lily and the Rose Everyday, which offers prepared meals, meal kits, ingredients and artisanal food products sourced from local farmers/purveyors, grocery items and more, for weekly pickup at Fifty South.
Each week’s offerings are announced on Sunday.
Order online by 5 p.m. Tuesday for pickup from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 2128 Doubleday Ave.
Highlights this week include beet-fennel salad, halibut or sea bass with chimuchurri and roasted vegetables, Tuscan shrimp, fresh radiatore pasta, cranberry shrub, farm hen eggs, chocolate mousse and blueberry smoothie.
