Dan Whelan Having sold the 18-acre Northenden Campus to Miller Homes earlier this year, the Manchester College operator is seeking a buyer for Fielden Campus off Barlow Moor Road in West Didsbury, part of its £139m estates strategy.  LTE Group has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to market the 6.5-acre site, which is suitable for a residential redevelopment of up to 50 homes. The Fielden Campus comprises 60,000 sq ft of educational buildings ranging in height from two to six storeys.  The firm is in the process of consolidating its disparate estate by disposing of some of its ageing assets and building several new facilities, including the £54m city centre campus on part of the former Boddington’s brewery site in Manchester.
