OBJECTIVE In his/her capacity as the Field Team Leader in charge of North-West zone in Mexico, he/she is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the ICRC s operations in the states of Chihuahua, Sonora, Baja California and Sinaloa. Those states conform an operational unit in which the ICRC implements strategies, objectives, programs, and activities as defined by the Regional Delegation. In particular, in line with the operational strategies of the delegation, he/she establishes intervention strategies at operational unit level together with technical coordinators, defining and designing action plans along with his/ her teams, and ensuring the proper implementation and mediation of operations in his/her zone.
